Traditional Classroom

Our traditional classrooms are designed to be faciltiated to groups of 12 to 18 individuals. Each class kit includes Power Point slides, facilitator’s notes, & participant packets.

Traditional classrooms are experiential-based, encouraging participation through high-energy activities, simulations, & guided discussion.

Participants engage with concepts first through highly motivating critical thinking activities, then focus on practical application of those concepts.

The classroom learning translates into performance improvement through on-the-job assignments that impact business results.

Facilitator materials, including agendas, speaker notes, activity instructions, & quick reference cues, are easy to follow, making it possible, like all of our program components, for SMEs or training professionals to facilitate.

Round Table Discussion
The purpose of round table discussions is learning through

Exposure to multiple perspectives.
• Discussing current practices & new ideas.
• Exploring common concerns & solving specific problems.
• Getting feedback from peers.
• Holding each other accountable for taking fresh approaches

Facilitators receive discussion guides & participant handouts that promote engaged discussion and sharing of successful practices.

Case Study

Case studies provide the opportunity to explore complex issues deeply & thoughfully in a wide variety of scenarios. Case studies allow participants to examine the cause & effect relationships between their actions & organizational results.

Case studies are typically two hours in length & include discussion questions and participant guides that ensure participants walk away with techniques they can use on-the-job.

Book Discussion & E-Learning

The curriculum includes the study of a number of topics through contemporary published business literature.

Book discussion groups provide the opportunity for participants to gain a deeper understanding of content by applying key ideas to current job tasks & projects. These are delivered in three to four one-hour sessions, depending on the length of the book.

Web-based lessons cover fundamental management skills & allow participants to learn at their own pace.
